Sanering fabrieksterrein Calvé-fabriek en opbouw Biotech Campus Delft op bedrijventerrein Wateringseweg aan de Energieweg 3 in Delft
Het uit 1905 daterende Monier gebouw van de voormalige De Nederlandsche Oliefabriek, is een gemeentelijk monument en heeft historische en architectonische waarden. De fabriek is in 2008 gesloten. Eind 2004 kocht DSM het terrein om als deel van Biotech Campus Delft een nieuwe toekomst te geven. Foto John Gundlach.
